The prices stated only include the costs for insured return shipping.

The buyer bears the shipping costs to our factory. We recommend secured shipping. ArcoIris assumes no liability for damage or loss during transport. ArcoIris assumes no liability due to incorrect or defective packaging.

Payment will be made after we have notified you that the shoes are ready. We will provide you with a reference number and tell you the price for the repair. 

After verifying the payment, we will return the shoes to the address indicated on the form.
